Kalispell, Mont. — National Flood Services, a leading flood insurance solution provider, today announced the appointment of James Liu as the new Chief Operating Officer.
In his new role, James will assume responsibility for all operations and lead a new division encompassing customer service, claims, marketing, HR and finance.
James brings a highly accomplished background in driving operational excellence throughout customer experience teams. He previously Co-founded a consumer investment firm and prior to that was the Vice President of Strategic Growth for The Kraft Heinz Company. He brings a proven track record of delivering modern and best in class customer experiences at scale with prior accomplishments including leading the integration of Heinz and Kraft Foods as well as assuming P&L ownership for the $2bn sauces division of Kraft Heinz. James graduated from NYU Stern and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
