Set to launch in winter 2026–2027, the WTGL will help elevate women’s sports by creating a modern, media-focused version of team golf.
PEAK6 Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Jenny Just, has been announced as an investor in the recently formed Women’s Team Golf League (WTGL).
The WTGL is poised to help elevate women’s sports by accelerating the growth of women’s golf through the creation of a modern version of team golf that appeals to today’s sports fan.
Set to launch in winter 2026–2027, the WTGL was formed in partnership with TMRW Sports and the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LGPA). The WTGL will create a global stage for viewers to get to watch the best LGPA players in the world as it will feature teams of LGPA Tour stars competing in a fast-paced, season-long team match play format. The venue for this play is the custom-built SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
“WTGL is building something the sport has been missing—a team format that showcases the personalities and competitive fire of these athletes, not just their technical skill,” Just said. “The combination of fast-paced match play, cutting-edge technology, and year-round storytelling will give fans a completely new way to experience women’s golf. Joining this powerhouse group of women investors to bring WTGL to life alongside TMRW Sports and the LPGA is an opportunity to help redefine how the world sees and celebrates these incredible athletes.”
