SEATTLE (March 8, 2021)Evil Geniuses welcomes Michał “MICHU” Müller to our Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster. Formerly a member of Envy, Virtus.Pro, and Kinguin, Michał, an entry fragger, is no stranger to competing at the top level of international competition. He’ll join the team immediately as they continue to boot camp in Europe

“Michał is a talented new addition to our roster and a player who is hungry to compete with the best,” said Greg Kim, Director of Esports. “We look forward to seeing him integrate with the team and for our CS:GO team’s continued growth and success.”

Michał will take the place of Tarik “tarik” Celik on the active roster. Tarik will focus on streaming and content creation both on his own and with EG while exploring the next steps in his career.

“Tarik has been a tremendous part of EG’s ambitious goals in Counter-Strike,” continues Kim. “With what started by lifting a trophy at ESL One NY in EG’s first event back in CS in 2019, Tarik has continually driven EG forward. We are happy to support him as he looks ahead to the next step of his career.”

Tune in on April 20th at 8:30AM PT as MICHU and the rest of the CS squad enter the server to take on Heroic in the first round of the Funspark ULTI 2020 Grand Final event, and catch Tarik’s stream on his Twitch channel: https://www.twitch.tv/tarik.
